Boys Soccer Tops #1 WL Harrison on Road

By Shane Schmidt | Oct 1, 2025 9:01 AM

The boys' soccer team traveled to West Lafayette to take on defending state champion and #1-ranked Harrison. Once this game of highly ranked teams kicked off, the end-to-end action did not disappoint. Shortly after the midway point of the first half the Hounds found the back of the net when sophomore Jet Truitt beat a defender on the wing and played a ball through the box, where senior Troy Enslin finished off a nice one-touch shot. That single score remained through the rest of the game, giving the Greyhounds a 1-0 victory. Junior Gray Morgan recorded the shutout in the goal. The win moves the team's record to 10-1-3 on the season. The #6 Greyhounds return to action for their final regular season game, Thursday, October 2 at #9 HSE.
