The boys' varsity soccer team wins its penultimate home game tonight versus Westfield. The two teams played to a scoreless draw in the first half. For the second straight game, the second half saw the Hounds net both of their goals. The first goal was created when senior Evan Bardos played a lovely ball across the goal mouth, where senior Xander Dora, making a great run to the back post, redirected the ball into the back of the net to lift the score to 1-0. The Greyhounds doubled up the score when senior Arjun Yadav hit a beautiful through ball, on with his first touch of the game, to senior Troy Enslin, who beat the goalkeeper to the ball, tapped it around him, and passed the ball into an open net. Junior Gray Morgan recorded his sixth shutout of the season. The #3 Greyhounds have a quick turnaround as they travel to Ft Wayne tomorrow night to take on Homestead. The win tonight raises the team's season record to 8-0-2.
