After 80 minutes of play, the boys' varsity soccer team drew with the Bulldogs of Columbus North, 1-1. The Greyhounds controlled most of the action early on, creating numerous scoring opportunities. They broke through when junior Mikey Kubek laid the ball off to junior Max Housholder, and he slotted home a beautiful left-footed strike. Columbus North was able to tie the score up late in the first half to bring the score to 1-1. The second half saw the Hounds control the majority of play and create numerous scoring opportunities, but were unfortunate not to break the deadlock. The team has a quick turnaround as they are back in action tomorrow at Brebeuf. Tonight's result brings the #2 Greyhounds' record to 6-0-2.
