The boys' varsity soccer team played in the lovely confines of Murray Stadium this evening, hosting the Wildcats from Lawrence North. The Hounds found the back of the net fairly quickly in the first half, with senior Quinn Wu hitting another laser beam shot. The game became a stalemate for the next 45 minutes until LN hit a lovely shot from distance to knot the score at 1-1. The Greyhounds continued to press in the final 15 minutes, hitting the crossbar while creating several scoring opportunities, but were unlucky not to finish a game-winner. The #2 Greyhounds return to action on Friday night for their annual Pack the House/Make Good Decisions game against #18 Columbus North. Tonight's result brings the team's record to 6-0-1.
