Varsity vs Cathedral (13 - 8) Win Carmel Varsity Lacrosse finished their in-state games with a huge win over their rivals at Cathedral, 13-8. Ike Stitle and EB Warren both had 4 goals to lead the offense. Sophomore Lincoln O'Leary chipped in 2 goals. Cain Shelbourne and Evan Coulter rounded out the scoring with one goal each. Several players contributed between the lines. Midfielders Brock Rose, Cohen Odle, Eli Chapa and Aaron Fedorcha were instrumental in the middle of the field for the Greyhounds. Eli Chapa helped the offense with an assist as well. The defense was led by Seniors Connor Alderman, Josh Goodspeed, Henry Hammonds, and Elijah Pagan. Goalie Will Bates had another fantastic game with 11 saves on the evening. Varsity's next game will be on May 24th in the State Quarterfinals at Murray Stadium.
