Carmel returned to winning ways with their victory over Brebeuf 13-3 on Monday evening. The Hounds were led by Senior Avery Goehl, who scored 6 goals, caused two turnovers, three draw controls, and had a groundball. Sophie Mock netted four, Breckin Hare had three assists, Elle Tomalia had two assists, and Senior RIley Putnam added a goal and an assist. Junior Julianna Mancini had a goal, Junior Jackie Mabry added an assist, and Freshman Annabell Gripe added a goal for the Hounds. On the defensive side of the ball, Megan Houser forced two turnovers and had two ground balls, while Kate Strydesky forced one turnover and added three ground balls to the stats. Carmel returns to action on Thursday evening when they travel to Noblesville for a 7:30 pm start.
