The Carmel Girls Wrestling team opened their season with a strong start, placing third overall as a team in a 16 team individual tournament at the Sullivan High School, Lady Arrows Fall Brawl Tournament. Each Carmel wrestler placed in the top four of the tournament, and collected at least one pin per wrestler. Daniela Ramirez-Zarate won an individual championship, Grace Sharp and Masha Newsome earned second place finishes. Josie Bellotti placed third, and Sonya Newsome, Giabella Romano and Tess Seif earned fourth place.
