The boys cross country team won its last meet prior to the IHSAA tournament with a 28-point win at the Delta Invite over Guerin Catholic. The 'Hounds benefitted from a strong pack with senior Cohen Levy finishing third overall in 16:20, one second ahead of junior Zach Flint in fourth. Junior Isaac Perrin (16:46) and senior Lucas Mallon (16:49) finished fifth and sixth, respectively. Senior Eli Gomez rounded out scoring in tenth overall. In an unscored junior varsity race, Carmel took the first 21 places, led by the freshman duo of Grant VanNahmen and Grant Parkevich.
