The Carmel Cross Country team finished 2nd at the Hamilton Couny Meet on 8/29/26. The team was lead by Senior Annabel Pollert who won the individividual Hamilton County title and set a Hamilton County meet record of 16:59 for 5K. Following her was Freshman Olivia Ruch who finished 8th overall in 18:16 to earn All-County honors. Also, Sophomore Jade Gaczkowski earned 2nd team All-County honors by placing 20th in a personal best time of 19:08. Riley Myers (Jr.), Ashley Kent(Soph.), Maija Gilhooly(Sr.), and Anna Yoon(Sr.) were other varsity perfomers for the Greyhounds.In the JV race, Katie Zhuravlev(Jr.) won the overall race, Emma Meisner (Sr.)-2nd, Annabelle Inman(Sr.)-3rd, Kalinda Lee(Sr.)-4th, and Scarlett Gaczkowski(10th)2-5th lead the perfect scoring for the TEAM. Next up for the Hounds is the Browsnburg Inv. on 9/5/26.
