The Greyhounds faced off with the Panthers of North Central for the Sectional Championship this afternoon at Zionsville. The Hounds took the lead in the first half with senior Connor Dora hitting a shot from distance off an assist from senior Jackson Jones. In the second half, NC equalized the score, before junior Ryan Barrett battled in the box to hit the game winner off another assist from Jones. Senior Christian Nielsen rounded off the scoring, with junior Johnny Gourley feeding the assist. The win takes the Hounds overall record to 16-1-2 and a #2 ranking in the ISCA poll. The team plays in the regional semifinal at #4 Pike on Wednesday, October 11th. The kickoff is scheduled for 6:00pm.
