The #2 ranked Hounds travelled north to West Lafayette to take on the #15 ranked Raiders of Harrison High School. The Greyhounds took an early lead as junior Johnny Gourley found the back of the net off an assist from senior Christian Nielsen. Senior Hayden Warneke had a brace on the evening, scoring once on either side of halftime. Assisting on the two goals were seniors Jackson Jones and Christian Nielsen, who recorded his second assist on the night. The win moves the Greyhounds record to 13-1-1 on the season. Their final regular season contest is Thursday, September 28th at #19 HSE. Kickoff for the game will follow the conclusion of the junior varsity match. In JV action tonight, the Greyhounds dropped their second game of the season by a score of 2-0, to a talented Raiders side. The loss drops their season record to 11-2-2. The Hounds have one game remaining, on the road vs HSE with a scheduled kickoff time of 5:30.
