The Greyhounds took to the road tonight, topping the Dragons of New Palestine by a score of 7-0. The game saw the Hounds find the back of the three times in the first half and four times in the second. Seniors Christian Nielsen and Nick Basso recorded a brace and an assist a piece. Senior John Gilbert added a goal and an assist, while juniors Johnny Gourley and Henry Boyd rounded out the scoring with a goal each. Senior Connor Dora continued his hot assist streak, dishing out two more assists. Seniors Hayden Warneke and Brigham Forsythe each tallied and assist. Seniors Adam Keleher and Jacob Havice recorded the shutout in goal. The win moves the Hounds' record to 11-1-1 on the season and a current ranking of #2. The team returns to the pitch Saturday, September 23rd at 2A #11 Guerin. Kickoff of the game will take place following the final whistle of the junior varsity contest. In JV action tonight, the Hounds controlled the game from the opening whistle and topped the Dragons by a score of 9-0. The win takes the teams record to 10-1-2. They return to action Saturday morning at Guerin with the kickoff scheduled for 10:00 am.
