Carmel Volleyball traveled to North Central on Tuesday night. The Greyhounds displayed unwavering focus and put up a fantastic defensive effort, especially at the net and in the deep court. With many lead changes and tons of energy from the fans, both sides of the net were invested in the battle. Despite falling short to the Panthers in the thrilling four-set contest with scores of 18-25, 21-25, 25-23, 26-28, Carmel walked away with a solid team effort and are hungry for the next competition. As a highlight, congratulations to Lauren Evans as she achieved a career milestone recording her 1000th dig in tonight's match! JV & Freshman VB Hounds both pulled out victories against the Panthers! JV scores: 25-224, 23-25, 15-13 Freshman scores: 25-11, 25-15 All three VB Hounds teams are on the road again on Wednesday to face off with Noblesville. JV/Freshman matches start at 5:30pm with Varsity to follow.
