The girls celebrated their return to the #1 spot in the coaches poll by experimenting with a new formation this evening and exploded for 8 goals, 5 in the first half, in a 8-0 win at North Central. NC goalkeeper Eva Whitmyer had an amazing 16 saves. Carmel goal scorers were Adalyn Cameron (3), Megan Hamm (1), Emma Ehret (1), Vaughn Rohrbacher (1), Olivia Cebalo (1), Anne Keleher (1). Assists came from Hamm (2), Kate Klinginsmith (2), Janie Bartling (1), Rosie Martin (1), Cebalo (1), Cameron (1). Chloe Fouts shared a shut out with fellow goalkeeper Mary Grace Knapp. The team’s record is now 10-0-2. The next game is away at Castle on Saturday.
