In a thrilling matchup Carmel Volleyball hosted the previously undefeated Zionsville Eagles tonight. Varsity Hounds emerged victorious in a clean sweep with aggressive serving, high-end defense, & a balanced attack. With 8 team aces, 13 kills from Lauren Evans, 11 kills each from Noema Phillistin-Lynch & Addison Larsen, & 11 digs from Lexi Kedvesh, Varsity Hounds not only secured a solid win, but also handed Zionsville their first loss of the season with scores 25-19, 25-20, 25-20. Both JV & Freshman VB Hounds earned victories against the visiting Eagles. JV Scores: 18-25, 25-17, 15-9 Freshman Scores: 25-16, 19-25, 16-14 Varsity & JV teams are back on the road on Thursday 9/7 to play Tri-West. JV will start at 6pm with Varsity to follow.
