The Lady Greyhounds finished a long day with a 1-0 victory over Cathedral Saturday evening. The girls passed a fitness test by playing and defeating #10 Cathedral on a late goal from Olivia Cebalo, her third of the year. Cebalo was assisted by Megan Hamm with her 7th assist in 2023. Saturday evenings finale lead to a sweep of this year’s Carmel Invitational. Senior GK Chloe Fouts, assisted by defenders Rylie Wilpolt, a Temple University verbal commitment, and Junior Rosie Martin collected her 3rd shutout of the season. The team didn’t allow a goal today in 160 minutes of soccer. The girls will try to improve on their 5-0-1 start Monday evening at home versus Pendleton Heights. The game begins at 7 pm.
