Carmel Volleyball falls in three sets to a veteran Hamilton Southeastern team tonight. Both teams voted in the preseason top 10 for 4A are stacked with high level personnel on their rosters. The Hounds fought hard with the booming support of the Carmel fans in the stands but could not outlast the aggressive Royals squad. Varsity scores: 13-25, 22-25, 14-25 JV and Freshman VB hounds also fall to the Royals on the road. JV scores: 17-25, 19-25 Freshman scores: 19-25, 17-25 Carmel VB returns home on Wednesday for the home opener against Roncalli. JV & Freshman matches start at 5:30pm and Varsity to follow.
